Order processing
Orders are reviewed and confirmed by our team. We contact you to confirm configuration, delivery address and scheduling.
Standard vs. made-to-order
Standard products are prepared from available configurations. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time, confirmed in your quote.
Freight delivery
Booths are large items shipped by freight carrier. Shipping charges depend on product, quantity and destination and are quoted before you confirm.
Delivery scheduling & site access
Delivery is scheduled with you in advance. Please confirm access, door widths, elevators and any building requirements. We do not promise specific delivery dates until logistics are confirmed.
Address accuracy
Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. Changes after dispatch may incur extra charges.
Damaged shipments
Inspect shipments on arrival, note visible damage on the delivery receipt, and report it to info@charmwalk.space with photos as soon as possible.
Tracking
Tracking or carrier details are shared once your shipment is dispatched.
