Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information.

Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. We may change prices, revise product information and discontinue items at any time. Stock is limited and we may cancel or reduce an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud or resale. Where we cancel, we refund in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Product information and no medical claims

Product descriptions, ingredient statements and guaranteed analyses are reproduced from manufacturer labelling. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. See our Product Disclaimer.

Reviews and user content

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce and moderate it in connection with the store. You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, content that impersonates another person, or content that includes third-party personal data. We moderate submissions and may edit for formatting or remove content that breaches these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping beyond reasonable indexing, no interference with security features, no automated purchasing, and no use that violates law or infringes our intellectual property.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout and graphics are owned by Charm Walk LLC or its licensors. Product names and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Charm Walk LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, and may refuse service where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
