Label information is the manufacturer's

Ingredient statements, guaranteed analyses, feeding directions, net quantity and storage instructions are reproduced from the manufacturer's labelling. Manufacturers reformulate and relabel from time to time. The physical label on the package you receive always takes precedence over anything published here. Where a product page shows a placeholder instead of label text, we are still verifying that content with the supplier and have chosen not to publish unverified information.

Allergens and sensitivities

Recipes described as limited-ingredient or free from a particular ingredient reflect the manufacturer's formulation statement. They are not a guarantee against cross-contact during manufacturing. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy, review the physical label and speak with your veterinarian before feeding.

Feeding and transitions

Feeding amounts are guidance based on typical body weight and activity, and individual needs vary. Introduce a new food gradually over 7–10 days, provide fresh drinking water at all times, and stop feeding and contact your veterinarian if you notice a change in appetite, digestion or behaviour.

Nutritional adequacy

We describe a product as complete and balanced only where the manufacturer's label carries the corresponding nutritional adequacy statement. Treats, toppers and supplements are intended for supplemental or intermittent feeding and are not a complete diet.

Recalls and safety

If a manufacturer or authority announces a recall affecting a product you bought from us, contact us and we will refund or replace it and share the manufacturer's instructions. Stop feeding a product immediately if the packaging is damaged, swollen, leaking or past its best-before date.
